  • Products must have been purchased directly from CPUBLD to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Software and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom-built computer systems may be subject to specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

 Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our Customer Support team by phone or email to initiate the return process. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

 Packaging: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

     Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to CPUBLD. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.

4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Depending on your preference and the product’s condition:

  • Refund: If the product meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

This warranty agreement (“Agreement”) is made between CPUBLD (LLC) (“CPUBLD”) and the Client (“Customer”) who purchases a PC from CPUBLD. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the 2-year warranty provided by CPUBLD.

  1. Warranty Period

The warranty provided by CPUBLD is valid for a period of 2 years from the date the PC is delivered to the Customer (“Warranty Period”).

  1. Coverage

During the Warranty Period, CPUBLD will cover the following:

Labor: CPUBLD will cover the costs of labor associated with repairing or replacing defective parts.

Tech Support: CPUBLD will provide technical support to diagnose and resolve any issues with the PC.

  1. Limitations

This warranty does not cover the following:

Shipping Charges: The costs of shipping to and from our facility for repairs or replacements are not covered under this warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.

Accidents and Abuse: Any damage caused by accidents or abuse, including mishandling or dropping the PC, is not covered.

Misuse: Problems arising from the misuse of the PC, such as using it in ways not intended or specified by CPUBLD, are not covered.

Electrical Power Issues: Problems caused by electrical power fluctuations, surges, or other electrical issues beyond our control are not covered.

Failure to Perform Preventive Maintenance: If the Customer fails to perform necessary preventive maintenance on the PC, any resulting issues will not be covered.

User or Surrounding Factors: Any problems with the PC caused by user error or the surrounding environment are not covered.

Unauthorized Modifications: If anyone other than CPUBLD makes modifications or alterations to the PC, the warranty will be void.

  1. Claims Procedure

If any defects occur during the Warranty Period, the Customer should contact CPUBLD to initiate the warranty claim process. CPUBLD will provide instructions regarding the return of the PC for diagnosis and repair.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CPUBLD operates. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By purchasing a PC from CPUBLD, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty agreement.

This warranty agreement (“Agreement”) is made between CPUBLD (LLC) (“CPUBLD”) and the customer (“Customer”) who purchases a PC from CPUBLD. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the 4-year warranty provided by CPUBLD, including coverage for return shipping only and optimizations.

Warranty Period
The warranty provided by CPUBLD is valid for a period of 4 years from the date the PC is delivered to the Customer (“Warranty Period”).

Coverage
During the Warranty Period, CPUBLD will cover the following:

Labor: CPUBLD will cover the costs of labor associated with repairing or replacing defective parts.
Tech Support: CPUBLD will provide technical support to diagnose and resolve any issues with the PC.
Optimizations: CPUBLD will offer optimization services to enhance the performance of the PC during the Warranty Period.

Return Shipping Coverage
In addition to the coverage outlined in section 2, CPUBLD will also cover the costs of return shipping to our facility for repairs or replacements. Upon receiving the PC, CPUBLD will promptly diagnose the problem and replace any defective parts necessary to ensure proper functionality.

Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.
Accidents and Abuse: Any damage caused by accidents or abuse, including mishandling or dropping the PC, is not covered.
Misuse: Problems arising from the misuse of the PC, such as using it in ways not intended or specified by CPUBLD, are not covered.

The warranty provided by CPUBLD is valid for a period of 6 years from the date the PC is delivered to the Customer (“Warranty Period”).

Coverage
During the Warranty Period, CPUBLD will cover the following:

Labor: CPUBLD will cover the costs of labor associated with repairing or replacing defective parts.
Tech Support: CPUBLD will provide technical support to diagnose and resolve any issues with the PC.
Optimizations: CPUBLD will offer optimization services to enhance the performance of the PC during the Warranty Period.
Full Shipping Coverage: CPUBLD will cover the costs of both shipping to our facility for repairs or replacements and return shipping back to the Customer.
Electrical Power Issues: CPUBLD will cover problems caused by electrical power fluctuations, surges, or other electrical issues beyond our control.
Upgrade
As part of this extended warranty, Customers are entitled to a one-time use of the “Upgrade” benefit. The Upgrade benefit allows the Customer to waive upgrade fees and shipping costs for new parts. CPUBLD will invoice the Customer for the cost of the new parts, and CPUBLD will take care of the rest of the upgrade process.

Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.
