Every CPUBLD system is hand-assembled, burn-in tested, and backed by a 3-year or 6-year parts warranty plus lifetime technical support. Here’s everything you need to know about your coverage, returns, and privacy.
Two levels of protection
Every build comes with a standard 3-year parts warranty. Extended 6-year coverage is available for long-term peace of mind. Both include lifetime technical support for your system.
No matter which parts warranty your system carries, CPUBLD provides technical support and backing for your build for the entire life of the system. This covers help, troubleshooting, and guidance — it does not extend component coverage, which is covered under the 3-year or 6-year parts warranty.
Note: Individual components may also carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, which can extend beyond CPUBLD’s coverage. Warranty length is confirmed at the time of purchase. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
