Prebuilt PCs

You may return a prebuilt system within [X] days of delivery for a refund, provided it is returned in its original packaging with all accessories. [State any restocking fee, e.g. X%, and who pays return shipping.]

Custom & made-to-order builds

Custom builds and workstations are assembled to your specification. [State the policy, e.g. orders can be cancelled for a full refund before assembly begins; after assembly, returns are accepted only for defects covered by warranty.]

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled [before they enter the Building stage / within X hours]. Once a build has started, [state policy].

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving the return. Orders financed through Affirm are refunded through Affirm.
