These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cpubld.com and any purchase you make from CPUBLD (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 97 Newkirk St, Jersey City, NJ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud or component unavailability; if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
2. Custom and made-to-order builds
Prebuilt gaming PCs typically ship within 5–7 business days; workstations and custom builds are made to order and typically ship within 10–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Where a component is unavailable we may substitute a part of equal or better specification, and will contact you first if the change is material.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including financing through Affirm (subject to Affirm’s approval and terms). Payment is taken when the order is placed.
4. Shipping & risk
We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipments are insured; please inspect your order on delivery and report visible damage within [48 hours] so we can open a claim. [Add shipping costs / free-shipping threshold.]
5. Returns & refunds

6. Warranty
CPUBLD systems include a 3-year parts warranty and lifetime support as described on our Warranty Information page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data — please back up your data before sending a system for service.
8. Governing law
